METHOD STATEMENT FOR REPAIRING TOP SLAB

1.   INTRODUCTION & GENERAL INFORMATION

This method of statement is  made because on location of Topslab OH 54 there is a footmark. This method of statement provides the details of materials, equipment and sequence of work related to repairing Top Slab OH 54 .

2.   MATERIAL

Required material for concreting  work ie :

a.    SikaGrout 212

b.    BASF Rheomix 121 (Bonding agent)

3.   EQUIPMENTS AND TOOLS

Required material for concreting  work ie:

a.    Small Equipment for Chiping Concrete

b.    Hammer

c.    Crane & Bucket

4.   EXECUTION METHOD

The concreting  work will be proceed as the follow (see attachment) :

a.    Preparation of small equipment.

b.    Chiping the footmark area  of Top Slab OH 54 Sec 8.1

c.    The surface must be clean before concreting

d.    Apply a bonding coat of 1part RHEOMIX® 121 diluted with 2 parts water

e.    Concreting of Footmark area using SikaGrout 212

f.     Screed the surface of concrete.
